Overview of BHSU Residence Halls

It's that time of year again, as housing contracts are being sent out today and into early next week to Fall 2011 admitted students! You have all been waiting... and now the time is finally here! If you are currently an admitted student, you will be receiving your housing contract sometime next week. If you do become an admitted student in the future, you will receive your housing contract at that time.

A popular question that the Office of Admissions often gets asked is, "What residence hall is the best?" or "What residence hall should I live in?" These are both very hard questions to answer, as all of the five residence halls have a little different "flair" to them, and different people like different things. Therefore, I am going to try all give you all an overview of each of the five residence halls in this blog. After you read it, I hope you will have a better understanding of which residence hall is best for you!

1) Heidepriem Hall: Heidepriem Hall, or "Heide" as it is commonly known, is the largest residence hall on the BHSU campus with availability for 154 residents. Heide holds many amenities such as the cooking area on the second floor, and the TV lounge and ping-pong table on the first floor. Both places are perfect for spending time with friends. Heide is comprised of 2 male wings and 4 female wings, all of which conveniently house their own washer and dryers.
